Pick up companies you are interested in
A search page is available on the website of each exhibition to find the product or exhibitor you are looking for. You can also categorise by exhibition or category, and there is a recommendation function for products and exhibitors based on your browsing history. We hope you will take advantage of this service!
Request an appointment with an exhibitor in advance
If there is a product you would like to learn more about, you can make an appointment with the exhibitor in advance for an explanation. You will receive explanations without waiting time and will be provided with personalized materials.
Check and mark the venue map
Exhibition floor maps will be available on each exhibition website in advance of the show. Select the products and exhibitors you are interested in on the search page and mark their stands. It is also useful to change the marks according to priority.
4. How to Register as a Visitor
Once you find an exhibition you want to visit, get ready for admission. Admission is free if you pre-register on the exhibition's official website. You will receive your "visitor's badge" by e-mail and you will be able to visit the exhibition on any day and at any time during the exhibition period.
1. Pre-registratio using the application form
You can enter the application form by clicking "Pre-registration for the exhibition" on the official exhibition website. Enter your name, address , telephone number, e-mail address, and other necessary information, then confirm and submit the form.
2. Your "visitor badge" will be sent by e-mail.
Upon successful registration, you will receive a "Visitor Badge" and a "Code for Visitor Badge Exchange (QR)" by e-mail. If you have a printing environment, print out the "Visitor Badge" in color. Those who do not have a printing environment can enter the venue by method 3.
3. Enter with "visitor badge" in the holder
Those who have printed out a "visitor badge" in color will bring it with them, place it in the badge holder provided at the entrance to the venue, and present it to enter. Those who do not have a printing environment can use a "visitor badge exchange code (QR)" saved on a smartphone or other device and hold it up to the reception machine at the venue. A "visitor badge" will be printed out on the spot, and you will then place it in the holder and enter the venue in the same manner.
4. Free to visit booths that interest you
Please make the most of the exhibition by visiting the booths you are interested in and participating in seminars (separate reservations required). One-time registration allows you to enter every day during the exhibition period and allows you to enter related exhibitions at the same venue.
- If you have not pre-registered, you must purchase a ticket on the day of the event at the venue.
- Persons under 18 years of age cannot pre-register. Admission is free when accompanied by a pre-registered guardian or escort (18 years or older).
