Comprehensive exhibition featuring environmentally friendly materials such as biodegradable resins and cellulose, as well as resources and materials as recycling technology and circular economy. It promotes the accelerated development of new materials and their implementation in society, and provides a venue for full-scale business negotiations and business matching.

Given the government’s goal of achieving “Carbon Neutrality by 2050,” reducing CO2 emissions and transitioning production processes in the materials industry are considered urgent. This exhibition specializes in decarbonization of material factories such as iron and steel, chemicals, ceramics, cement, paper, pulp, and non-ferrous metals. It brings together a wide range of decarbonization technologies, from fuels and manufacturing processes to the entire factory.

The FPD industry continues to expand its applications, including smartphones, flat-screen TVs, and VR displays. Since the first exhibition in 1991, this has been the largest business fair in Japan, attracting experts from Japan and abroad. The conference held in conjunction with the exhibition are also highly regarded by experts every year.

This is a trade fair for “optical” technology, with themes such as “laser processing,” “optical components,” and “optical measurement and analysis”. Leading companies from Japan and abroad exhibit at the show, and many demonstrations of processing machines using large-size actual machines are held, where many experts actively engage in business negotiations.
