PROMOTIONAL GOODS EXPO is Japan’s largest trade show for promotional products and services such as novelties, direct mail, packaging, print services, POP, PB/ OEM services, etc. The show expands every year, and 650 exhibitors and 44,000 visitors are expected to gather at the 2019 show. (Including concurrently held shows) At the conference, leading companies of various industries come to give speeches on the effective ways of marketing and sales promotion.

SALES SUPPORT EXPO [Summer]
SALES SUPPORT EXPO was held for the first time in July, 2014. The show has grown to be Japan’s largest exhibition for sales support solutions. Visitors come to the exhibition to find solutions/services for sales improvement including CRM, sales outsourcing, database management, etc. 650 exhibitors and 44,000 visitors are expected to gather at the 2019 show. (Including concurrently held shows)

WEB & SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING EXPO [Summer]
DIGITAL PROMOTION EXPO was held for the first time in Tokyo Big Sight in July, 2017. The show has grown to be Japan’s largest exhibition for digital promotion. Following the success of the previous shows, DIGITAL PROMOTION EXPO [January] was held in 2018 at Makuhari Messe for the first time and was a great success. The next show is expected to gather more exhibitors and visitors and to achieve even greater success.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT EXPO [Summer]
Following the Osaka and Spring show, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT EXPO will be held inside Summer show of Japan Marketing Week. CXM (Customer Experience Management), Marketing Automation, CMS (Content Management System), etc. are to be presented at the show and much attention is attracted as the only trade show specialising in CX.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT EXPO [Osaka]
With the expanded usage of smartphones and social media, it has become possible to respond to each customer individually. In addition, customer needs are changing to finding values that can be experienced at specific place and time of the moment. Accordingly, we have gotten many requests to “hold an exhibition specializing in improving the customer experience”, and decided to hold a new exhibition inside Japan Marketing Week from the Osaka show in September 2021. It is attracting attention as the only trade show specializing in CX.
